The Síbín is the first of our pubs, its interior walls hung with genuine memorabilia that celebrates and tells the stories of the long-standing bond between the Irish and America. While you chat over a signature cocktail or a fresh-tapped stout at your event, you can take in the history our décor tells. Did you know the Fenian Brotherhood helped form Canada, with a little help from the US Government? Or that the reason a sandwich is called a “sub” traces back to the IRA and an Italian-American immigrant? Ever wonder where the design of the most famous house in America, the White House, drew its inspiration? We can’t promise it’ll help form another sovereign nation, but we can promise it’ll create stories and memories you and your guests will be talking about for years to come.
